Small Group Personal Training
Small group personal training provides an option for personal training services in a more affordable format, also known as FitCamps. Groups of four/five at a time that help to ensure the personal touch needed to keep correct form and make modifications when needed. Adaptable for beginners through advanced fitness levels. Four week sessions start monthly.
